Is there a flat landing space in front of door (60" perpendicular to door)

Is it a power door? NO - may be upgraded in future.
Is it hard to pull open? NO (door opens both ways (push-push) so pull not needed)
Is the threshold flat or low enough to roll easily? YES

wheel chair accessible.

Where is the trash can? Small and easily moveable.

YES opens out
Is the toilet 17 to 19 inches tall? YES Exact Measurement to top of toilet seat

Is there 30 or more inches clear space beside the toilet for backing in a wheel
chair? YES
Exact Measurement: 36" plus - towel rack takes 4" on back wall - not
a problem.
There should be at least 60" width with the toilet to one side and depth
of stall should be 56 to 92".

Notes: Large tile toilet and roll in shower. Some slope to room drain may be
a problem for a few people.
